The exquisite Casa de Vidrio over-looking the Santa Fe Opera was the perfect venue for an afternoon of music and song celebrating the life and times of one of America’s favorite song-writers, Irving Berlin.

Seated behind the piano, New York Impresario Fred Miller enthralled the audience with the rags to riches story of Berlin, whose iconic songs such as White Christmas, Easter Parade and Puttin’ on the Ritz are among over 1500 songs written by the composer whose work  included music for Broadway and Hollywood.

Guests raved about the event which was held outside on a perfect New Mexico summer afternoon under a shady portal surrounded by one of the country’s most notable art glass collections and 360 degree views of the majestic mountains.
